The Refuge is an ideal place to organize seminars of holistic nature, artistic, sports….
The structure is particularly suitable to host seminars and group retreats for the presence of large halls and common areas that can be adjusted according to needs.
It has 25 beds divided as follows:
ground floor 1 double (also accessible by disabled)
first floor 3 triples (one with a bunk bed)
second floor 2 dorms of 7 (of which 4 bunk beds)
There are 9 toilets and 6 showers (including 3 bathrooms for disabled)
An industrial equipped kitchen
A large dining room
A living room
2 very large veranda rooms
Large outdoor areas
For self-managing groups:
Possibility to extend the beds up to a maximum of 35
We ask our guests to bring with them:
sleeping bags or sheets and pillowcases (on site you will find duvets and pillows), toilet paper, cleaning bags and products for final cleaning, glasses.
We also ask to leave the place as found and to take away the trash at the departure. The price also includes wood for the fireplace, wood-burning oven and barbecue.
The cost is 350 euro per night (during the winter months is to add to the final price the cost for gas consumption for heating, which we will calculate from the meter readings)
On arrival we ask for a deposit of 200 euros which will be returned at departure in the absence of damage and after a careful check of final cleaning.
At the time of confirmation we ask for an advance of 30%.
